The advice given was invaluable - there was time given to listen to concerns, the special worries of individual family members - patient explanation of the implications of treatments and stages of weakness.
Louise our dedicated nurse was caring and professional - as was Many on her visit.
We were most grateful for the support, understanding and kindness shown.
I did not know what to expect the doctor was polite, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiling and caring. I now feel that although we have not finalised my husbands eventual care we are well on the way to getting the care his will accept and feel happy with.
There was no room for improvement in this case.
Yes I do find them very efficient and helpful.
I am happy with the team, they are so easy to talk, to which does help.
Palliative care were involved from the very beginning of discharge home.
Terri was excellent support and treated my mother with dignity and respect.
As a trained nurse myself it was difficult to 'handover'care to others but Terri listened to my concerns and included me in all aspects of my mothers care and dignified, pain free death.
Thank you to all of you.
I believe that my care from the team has helped me cope so much better for my condition and well being
If I had to say anything as a negative it would be there are not enough of you all to spread around for everyone, I feel very lucky to have such support and advice at this worrying time.
Excellent and caring.

Although the nurse could have come more frequently as I was not having visits from a district nurse, so felt a little unsure about my on going medical problems if they were acceptable or needed medical attention.
